When you fill in our contact form or quote request, we collect the information you send us: name, email address, phone number, company, the website concerned and the content of your message. Browsing also generates anonymised technical data, used solely for audience measurement.

Sharing of personal data

Your data is never sold or transferred for advertising purposes, and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Only our technical processors access it, strictly as needed: hosting provider, email delivery service and audience measurement tool, all located in the European Union or offering GDPR-compliant safeguards.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no social media trackers. Audience measurement cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your browser settings or by managing your cookie preferences.

Retention periods

Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 3 years. Contractual data is kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, passwords stored in an encrypted manager and regular backups. Access credentials entrusted to us for a project are revoked when it ends.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] : answer within one month. If a disagreement persists, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
